fate sealed in warm Birth Waters,
unlikely splendor,
this virgin miracle, infant thought.

Born, splashed into air
all crimson and breathless,
enmeshed from loveless happenstance -
cries stifled from Indifference,
not Milk,
separate hungers.

Reaching into Stillness,
nothing Answers,
no reluctant smile for
the Hours left waiting,
cold hum this
tumbling Darkness into silence,
left Weeping.

Sojourn pass
into Womanhood
without gift of mothermilk
or Art to Bonding,

loins that speak
of Lust Devoid
and passionless touches of
starved Embrace.

Once cornered,
no testament of shame,
no Childish Denial
for what had been Denied,
the deliverance only
of bittersweet Submission.

All senses raped
to a voiceless scream -
from the breast of terror
breathes raw Survival.

Exploited unwantedness:
a rushing, holocaustal
sound between riveted half-Truths
and Broken Soul,

Failed abortion,
alive with Fetal Ache for flight
of Spirit with Fire before
etched in Human.

One effort of
Cry left bleeding
inside vacant womb
of unraveling Silence,

a Chasm of mute Despair
becomes the dance of Twisted Sorrow, eternal.

Soft song, this pain of Indigo Writhing,

a haunting melody: the clash of Ego
meeting Self,
Unrecognizable, and,
reduced to mirrored-Void,
falling,
like a cosmic
                    Ricochet of Stardust,

into the waiting Caress of
Emptiness.
